Abstract:
PURPOSE:To ensure an effective compensation for the nonlinear distortion of the light emitting diode by providing the FET which produces the compensating function for the nonlinear characteristics by the change of the differential resistance between the drain and the source to the control circuit or the driving current circuit of the light emitting diode. CONSTITUTION:The control signal to give the luminous driving to light emitting diode 7 is applied to the base of transistor 2 from input terminal 1, and the signal given from the collector output circuit is applied to diode 7 via the driving circuit comprising amplifier 5 and transistor 6. At the same time, resistanc R1 and R2 are connected to the collector and the emitter of transistor 2 each to perform the linear amplification. In such circuit,the secondary distrotion emerges directly to diode 7. In this connection, FET3 which causes the compensating function by the change of the differntial resistance between the drain and the source is connectd in parallel to emitter resistance R2 via capacitor C. In this case, the resistance is connected betwee n the drain and the source of FET3, and then the voltage division point is connected to the substrate electrode.Thus, the gate effect can be obtained.
