To provide a LED package with LEDs and a drive circuit.

The LED package includes: a printed circuit board 10 on a surface of which a printed pattern 19 is formed; six blue LEDs 11; a chopper type switching power circuit whose switching frequency is 1-3 MHz; a drive circuit 12 for driving the LEDs 11 with constant current; a case 13; and sealing resins 14, 15. The case 13 includes holes 16, 17. The hole 16 is buried with the transparent sealing resin 14 and seals six LEDs 11 directly connected thereto. The hole 17 is buried with the sealing resin 15 and seals the element comprising the drive circuit 12. The element comprising the drive circuit 12 includes: a power supply IC 18; a coil L1; a smoothing capacitor C1; and a current detection resistor R1. The smoothing capacitor C1 is composed of a ceramic capacitor.
