Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leg cap for chair with which a chair can be easily moved like a chair with casters in spite of leg cap for chair, and a chair having high strength and further having the rear leg of rising angle smaller than a fore leg can be surely slid even when attaching the cap to such a chair by surely attaching the cap to a leg without easy drop or backlash while making wearing hard.
SOLUTION: Concerning the leg cap for chair, an outer insert 4 to be tightly fitted to the terminal part of leg 2 of chair 1 is formed from soft plastic. Then, a slide ground body 5 is formed from the sliding member of plastic harder than the soft plastic, and an inner cap 7 to be fitted to the top end of the leg 2 is formed from metal. Then, the inner cap 7, slide ground body 5 and outer insert 4 are integrated and while protruding the slide ground body 5 from the downside of an outer insert 4, a fore leg cap 22 and a rear leg cap 23 are formed. Besides, the outer insert 4 of the fore leg cap 22 is vertically or almost vertically erected from a horizontal lower and 4' and the outer insert 4 of the rear leg cap 23 is erected obliquely from the horizontal lower end 4'.
