Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fold up X-shaped legs in a single process by putting the respective center lines of hinges in the positional relationship of crossing at one point, and simultaneously folding-up/opening-closing connected top plates, legs and column.
SOLUTION: The center line 13 of a hinge 1 of a column 10 and a hinge 2 of a leg 8, the center line 14 of a hinge 3 of a leg 9, the center line 15 of hinges 4, 4" and 4''' to connect top plates 7' and 7" and the center line 16 of a hinge 5' of the leg 9 and a hinge 5" of the leg 8 cross each other at a point 6. In this way, since the center lines are crossed with each other at one point of the point 6, the legs, the column and the top plates can be folded up simultaneously interlockingly with each other. The center lines 13, 14 and 15 are parallel to the top plates 7' and 7", and an acute angle 21 formed by the center lines 13 and 15 and an acute angle 17 formed by the center lines 14 and 15 are the same angle. When the above conditions are set, the center lines 13 and 14 can be set on the same line at folding-up time, and the center lines 13, 14 and 15 can be made parallel to the folded-up top plates 7' and 7". The legs set a position of the hinges folded up in point symmetry in an intertwining position as well as a length of a part.
