The table 1 with folding legs comprises a pair of leg parts 3 and 3 and a top plate 13 provided between the leg parts 3 and 3. Top plate side connection pieces 8b are hung from the back of the top plate 13. The leg part 3 is provided so as to be folded/unfolded on the back of the top plate 13 by the leg part 3 being hinged on the bottom of the piece 8b by a rotary shaft 9. A joint means 20 is provided for joining/unjoining the leg part 3 to the piece 8b at a standing state of the leg part 3.
