PURPOSE: To place the heel part higher than the waist and prevent legs from hyperemia and fatigue and recover legs from fatigue by forming a leg pillow having a leg receiving surface for receiving from the hams to the heel of both legs and heightening gradually from the part of receiving the hams to the part of receiving the heels.

CONSTITUTION: A lay pillow 1 has a leg receiving surface 2 for receiving from the hams of both legs of an average person M to the heels, and the leg receiving surface 2 is formed to heighten gradually from the ham receiving side toward the heel receiving part. The leg receiving surface 2 is so flattened that the left and right legs can be alternately rearranged, or turning-over in one's sleep can be easily done. Also, to improve the comfortableness while improving a stable feeling in placing legs on the leg receiving surface, the heel receiving part is formed with a flat part 1a and a heater wire 4 and a vibrator are provided in the pillow 1 which is further provided on one side with a temperature controller 5 to adjust temperature.
