The leg structure for the mobile body includes: a rock body 12 which is rotatable with a shaft member 10 as a fulcrum with respect to the mobile body 4; and a movement restriction stopper 7 with a ground surface 7a and a movement assisting caster 6, which are respectively attached to the rock body 12. The stopper 7 and the caster 6 are arranged on one of the both sides holding the shaft member 10 of the rock body 12, and an operation means 14 for rotating the rock body 12 is connected to the other side. The rock body 12 is rotated via the operation means 14 from a movement restriction state where the stopper 7 is grounded, thereby changing a state into the movable state where the caster 6 is grounded.
