This leg warmer has a cylindrical warmer body part formed by forming a stretchable fabric or a knitted fabric into a cylindrical shape. Plural ring-shaped swelling-restrictive parts are formed at the ankle side part of the leg warmer, and shrink-restrictive parts are provided at the cylindrical part of the upper part of the swelling-restrictive part in the length direction at almost equal intervals.
