Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a length measuring device which accurately fixes a measuring device to a desired position of a slide rail and measures a length of a workpiece with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A length measuring device 1 includes: a slide rail 13 integrally fixed to a work processing device; and a slide part slidably installed on the slide rail 13 and having a slide body which is slidably attached to the slide rail 13, a measuring device which measures a moving distance of the slide body, a temporary fixing body 40, a fine adjustment mechanism 50 which connects the slide body with the temporary fixing body 40 so that the slide body and the temporary fixing body 40 may move relative to each other in a slide direction of the slide body, a first clamp 35 for fixing the slide body to the slide rail 13, and a temporary fixing clamp 45 for fixing the temporary fixing body 40 to the slide rail 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
