Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten the length measuring time for one cycle when measuring with an endless belt length measuring device and lessen the pitch between adjacent length measuring devices.
CONSTITUTION: A length measuring device consists of an endless belt 3 for conveying an electric wire and a driving pulley having feed teeth 12 meshed with feed teeth 10 formed in the endless belt 3. A plurality of endless belt length measuring devices are arranged in parallel. Each driving pulley is arranged in the position where each rotating, transmission shaft for transmitting the rotating force to each driving pulley does not interfere each other.
