Abstract:
To reliably cure, in irradiating UV curable ink supplied between a plurality of lenses of a lens array with ultraviolet light, the UV curable ink even when the UV curable ink itself attenuates ultraviolet light.
A lens array includes a plurality of lenses 52 formed on a substrate 51, and light-shielding films 56 and 57 that are formed by using UV curable ink and made of a plurality of layers formed between the lenses. A first light-shielding film 56 is formed first by curing the UV curable ink discharged by an ink jet method by ultraviolet light, and a second light-shielding film 57 is formed to be overlapped on the first light-shielding film 56 by repeating the same forming process.
