Abstract:
To make an attachment/detachment of a lens cap or an opening/closing work of a barrier unnecessary, as serving as a lens hood upon shooting and serving as a lens protection upon non-shooting.SOLUTION: In a lens cap 101 to be detachably mounted to a front of a lens barrel, a barrier 2 and the like are supported rotatably around opening/closing shafts 1a, 2a and the like existing in a plane surface perpendicular to an optical axis direction by a barrier holding ring 1 consisting of the lens cap, and a pressed part 4 and like are provided in an outer periphery of the opening/closing shaft. At a time of non-shooting, the lens barrel is retracted and collapsed, and thus, by a storage unit storing the lens barrel provided in a digital camera exterior, the pressed part provided in the barrier is pressed, and thereby the barrier is caused to be closed. At a time of shooting, the lens barrel is extended, and thereby, the pressed part provided in the barrier is put into a state apart from the storage unit, and then, the barrier is caused to be opened by urging means 6 for urging the barrier in an opening direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
