The device for removing the lens 11 from the frame 12 or fitting the lens to the frame is provided for the so-called "nylon suspension type frame", having the partial frame for holding the lens and a high-tension string for suspending and holding the lens by locking the same to the frame end. At least one or more beads 13, which are made of a material more fragile than the the material of the high-tension string 14 and have through-holes, are passed onto the high-tension string, and the removal of the demonstration lenses and the wearing of the correction lens are made facilitated and the removal of the remaining beads is facilitated as well, by having to only slide the beads along the peripheral surface of the lens.
