Abstract:

To provide a lens device capable of controlling aperture means with high speed and high accuracy in the micro-step drive.SOLUTION: A lens device (200) includes: aperture means (204); driving means (205) that drives the aperture means; storage means (211) that stores drive instruction values (QN1) for driving the aperture means from a current aperture value to a target aperture value; and control means (206) that controls the driving means based on the drive instruction value. The drive instruction value is a drive instruction value that minimizes the absolute difference between the target aperture value and the actual aperture value of the multiple drive instruction values set for each of the drive instruction amounts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
