Abstract:
To provide a lens device with which it is possible to control a diaphragm with high accuracy by a small data volume.SOLUTION: A lens device (2) comprises an optical system (3) including a zoom lens group, a diaphragm (4) for adjusting light quantity in the optical system, a position detection unit (5) for detecting the position of the zoom lens group, and a control unit (12) for controlling the opening amount of the diaphragm (4) on the basis of the position of the zoom lens group. The control unit (12) selects, on the basis of the position of the zoom lens group detected by the position detection unit (5), a portion of data from the data that indicates a relationship between the target stop value of the diaphragm (4) and drive indication information when the position of the zoom lens group is at a prescribed position, and controls the opening amount of the diaphragm (4) using the portion of data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
