Abstract:
To ensure a base line length on an object side, and on an image side, prevent rays of light from respective image circles of right and left optical systems brought into proximity to each other from mutually entering the other image circles.SOLUTION: A lens device 200 has a right eye optical system 201R and a left eye optical system 201L and is removably attached to an imaging apparatus. The interval between the optical axes of portions on an image side of the right eye and left eye optical systems is smaller than that between the optical axes of portions on an object side. The lens device has, on light paths directed to image surfaces from final lens surfaces on the most image side in the right eye and left eye optical systems, a light shielding wall 208e that blocks light directed to an image circle of the left eye optical system from the final lens surface of the right eye optical system and blocks light directed to an image circle of the right eye optical system from the final lens surface of the left eye optical system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
