Title:
LENS DISPLACEMENT MECHANISM APPLIED TO AUTOFOCUS MODULE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2009115982
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a simple lens displacement mechanism applied to an autofocus module.

A lens 21 set in a lens holder 23 is arranged in a lens housing 20, and the lens holder is supported to move along an optical axis X. Two ends 11 of one or more shape memory alloy cables (SMA cable) 10 are fixed on a housing, and the mid-point of an intermediate slide portion 12 thereof is hooked onto a hook member 25 provided on the outer edge of the lens holder so as to form a tension state between two corresponding ends of the intermediate slide portion and keep a position with an elastic recovery member 30 such as a spring. By energizing from both ends of the SMA cable, shape memory alloy is contracted to pull the hook member, and the lens is driven to be slidably displaced on the optical axis, thereby achieving autofocus action.
