A lens drive device is incorporated in a camera module 150. The lens drive device includes: a piezo element 50 expanded and contracted according to a drive voltage; a transmission shaft 51 receiving a vibration generated in the piezo element 50; a lens holder 31 holding at least one lens and displaced according to the drive of the piezo element 50; a housing 20 in which the lens holder 31 is stored; and a shaft holding part 40 engaged with at least one of the piezo element 50 and the transmission shaft 51, to determine the arrangement positions of the piezo element 50 and the transmission shaft 51. The position of the shaft holding part 40 with respect to the housing 20 can be adjusted along the moving direction of the lens holder 31.
