In the lens-fitted photo film unit 2, a main body 3 of the unit comprising a film roll chamber 22 in which a rolled photographic film 31 is housed and a cartridge chamber 23 in which a film cartridge 30 is housed has a rear cover 18 for sealing off the cartridge chamber 23 light-tightly. A stripping action part 16 which strips a pressure sensitive adhesive tape is formed on an outer surface of the rear cover 18, accordingly fastening of the rear cover 18 opened in irregular film repacking with a tape is prevented. It is preferable that a rear cover 17 for sealing off the film roll chamber 22 light-tightly is further disposed and the stripping action part 16 is formed also on an outer surface of the rear cover 17, and it is preferable that the stripping action part 16 is formed also on outer surface parts of the main body 3 of the unit around the rear covers 17, 18.
