The lens for an optical module has a cured layer formed of a photo-curable acrylic coating agent on the surface of the lens-shaped molded body composed of a thermoplastic transparent resin, wherein the cured layer has a structure derived from an oligomer or a polymer containing one or more (meth)acryloyl groups and having a weight average molecular weight of 500 or more in terms of polystyrene.
