This apparatus is provided with a half mirror 3 to divide a luminous flux which passes through a lens 4 from a chart 5 to be imaged on a focal plane later, two CCD line sensors 1a and 1b arrayed on the imaging planes of the respective luminous fluxes by shifting the positions of pixels photographing the luminous fluxes of the image of the chart 5 divided by the half mirror 3 by a half of the pixel pitch thereof horizontally or vertically and an image processing part 2 for synthesizing output signals of the two CCD line sensors 1a and 1b.
