Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a lens surface and its peripheral members from being damaged when a film is exchanged, and simultaneously to improve the forefront safety of the operation of a camera by retreating the component lens of a photographic lens and advancing the component lens adjacent to an aperture surface, before rewinding is started, or after the rewinding is completed, or when a rear cover is released. CONSTITUTION:This lens position controller for a camera is provided with a photographic lens system 81 in which focus correcting component lens group 81A belongs to a component lens group 81C being a part of a magnification converting component lens group moved along in an optical axial direction or a magnification converting lens group, and facing the aperture of the camera, and a lens position moving means 82 moving a variable power optical system composed of plural lens groups, along an optical axis, and controls the lens position moving means 82 so as to move magnification converting component lens groups 81B and 81C to a sending-out position by the lens moving means 82, and simultaneously, the focus correcting component lens group 81A to a sending-in position, before the rewinding of the film is started, or after the rewinding is completed, or when the rear cover is released.
