Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the separation of a stylus from a lens and dropping during the measurement of the shape of the lens.
SOLUTION: On a substrate 11a of a base stage 11, a lens holding unit 2 and a tracer mechanism 13 are provided. The entire body of the lens holding unit 12 is fixed on the substrate 11A. A processed lens 14 is held on this lens holding unit 12. A stylus 31 is attached to a stylus unit 30 on a stylus stage 20. The stylus 31 faces the horizontal direction, that is to say, the Z-axis direction. The stylus unit 30 is moved into the Z-axis direction and the Y-axis direction. Thus, the stylus 31 comes into contact with the periphery of the lens 14, and tracing is performed.
