Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens sheet that has a simple structure and is easily manufactured, an optical waveguide, a photo-electric hybrid substrate and an optical module including the lens sheet and having excellent optical characteristics, and electronic equipment including the photo-electric hybrid substrate and having high reliability.SOLUTION: A microlens array (lens sheet of the present invention) 100 is a film body that is square in a plan view and includes a plurality of spherical lenses 110 and a sheet type base part (connecting part) 120 connecting the spherical lenses 110. In other words, the sheet type base part 120 has a plurality of through-holes and the spherical lens is accommodated in each through-hole. The spherical lens 110 is set to have a diameter larger than the thickness of the base part 120. An upper part of the spherical lens 110 protrudes from an upper surface of the base part 120, while a lower part of the spherical lens 110 also protrudes from a lower surface of the base part 120.
