The slope portion is inclined at an angle of 5 to 70° with respect to the plane direction of the lens substrate. In a plane view of the lens substrate, the slope portions possess 95% or more of the non-lens region where no lens is formed in the effective region where lenses are formed. The lenses comprise microlenses.
