Abstract:
To provide a lens unit advantageous in a point of a small data amount and high accuracy for controlling the opening of a diaphragm.SOLUTION: A lens unit (2) includes: an optical system including a zoom lens group (3); a diaphragm (4) that adjusts the amount of light in the optical system; a detection unit (5) that detects the position of the zoom lens group; and a control unit (7) that controls the opening amount of the diaphragm based on a first data representing the position range of the zoom lens group corresponding to each opening amount with respect to a specific diaphragm value and the position of the zoom lens group detected by the detection unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
