Abstract:
To provide a lens unit that comprises a lens barrel holding a lens and an attachment fitted detachably to an end of the lens barrel such that the attachment can be easily attached to and detached from the lens barrel.SOLUTION: A lens unit comprises a lens barrel 6 holding a lens 2, and an attachment 7 fitted detachably to an end of the lens barrel 6. The lens barrel 6 comprises a magnet 11 for fitting the attachment 7 to the end of the lens barrel 6, and the attachment 7 comprises a magnet 16 attracted by the magnet 11. The lens barrel 6 has an abutting surface 12b formed to position the attachment 7 relative to the lens barrel 6 in a direction orthogonal to the optical axis of the lens 2, the abutting surface 12b being an inclined surface inclined to the optical axis of the lens 2. The attachment 7 has an abutting surface 15b abutting on the abutting surface 12b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
