Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide level holding mechanism for a self-advancing truck that can put a body back to a horizontal fixed level in the case of the body inclining loaded with lightweight articles.
SOLUTION: Level holding mechanism for a self-advancing truck is provided with a suspension arm 7 fitted in a vertically movable state to a body 1A, jack mechanism 8, and a spring unit 9 supported at its upper end part to the body 1 by the jack mechanism 8 so as to be vertically movable and connected at its lower end part to the suspension arm 7. The elongation of the spring unit 9 is regulated at the time of exceeding specified length, and spring force is generated when the upper end part and lower end part are close to each other into the specified length or less. When the upper end part of the spring unit 9 is displaced downward, spring force of pushing down the suspension arm 7 is generated, and a driving wheel 3 is pressed to the travel road surface. When the upper end part is displaced upward, the suspension arm 7 is pulled up through the spring unit 9, and the driving wheel is spaced from the travel road surface.
