Abstract:
The circuit has two transistors (1,2) of opposite types, with the control terminal of each transistor coupled via the load path of the other transistor to a supply potential (VI). The connection is also joined to the load path of a respective further transistor (3,4). One of the further transistors (3) is connected to earth (M), the other transistor is connected to the control terminal of the latter transistor. This control terminal of which is connected to the circuit input (E) via a voltage limiting stage. The control terminals of both further transistors are coupled via a capacitor (5,6), acting as a Bootstrap capacitance.
