Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable driving rotation in the hoising towing direction of a load sheave by actuating a mechanical brake by reciprocating operation of an operation lever even when a load does not act on the load sheave.
CONSTITUTION: An operation handle 18 is arranged between a stopper 17 arranged in a shaft end part of a driving shaft 5 and a driving member 8 screw- fitted to the driving shaft 5 so as to be movable in the shaft direction as well as to be relatively nonrotatable to the driving shaft 5. A spring 19 is arranged to energize this operation handle 18 in the direction of the driving member 8, and when a mechanical brake 13 is actuated, an inclined face 31a of an engaging projection 31 arranged on the operation handle 18 is elastically contacted with an engaging step part of the driving member 8, and at hoising- towing operation in a no-load condition, the driving member 8 is prevented from inversely rotating by following it by meshing resistance of a feed pawl 14 according to a backward movement of the operation lever 16.
