A ball type one-way clutch 10 transmitting turning force alone to one direction of a lever 1 is installed in space between a holder part 3 and a clutch shaft 4. This one-way clutch 10 is composed of a clutch spring 12 housed in a spring hole 11 of the holder part 3 and a ball 13, The clutch spring 12 being formed into coil form is inserted into this spring hole 11, and the one end, the ball 13 is energized so as to be projected toward a circular inner space 14 of the holder part 3, pressing it to an outer boundary of the clutch shaft 4. According to this method, it is unnecessary to clamp one end of the clutch spring 12, thus dipensing with special structure.
