To manufacture a machine of little energy consumption by obtaining smooth rotation by making a rotating shaft of a rotary device (machine) to levitate and to eliminate the resistance by the magnetism of the permanent magnet.

Repelling magnets are filled in bearing (1)-1 and (1)-2. Magnets are made to repel with magnetic repelling (2)-1 and (2)-2 mounted on a rotating shaft (9). Permanent magnets mounted on the both ends of the rotating shaft (9) are laid out in medio of the magnetic field between the bearing (1)-1 and (2)-2 to levitate the rotating shaft (9) and to eliminate the resistance.
