Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the release of an engaging of the lid of an electronic component with a protective lid and moreover, to make it hard to open by mistake when being carried.
SOLUTION: This device is constituted of a case body 1, a lid 2, which is mounted to this case body 1 in a freely openable and closable manner and covers the upper surface of the body 1, a hook part 21, which is provided on the inside of the lid 2 and makes the lid 2 engage with the body 1 at the closed position of the body 1, a seesaw-shaped lever component 3, which is mounted to the body 1 and releases an engaging of the part 21 of the lid 2 with the body 1, a release button 4, which is mounted to the body 1 and is used for pushing the lever component 3, and an elastic member 5 for making the button 4 return to its normal position in having no load. The component 3 is provided with a push-up part 32 for pushing up the lid 2, a push-down part 33, which is pushed down by the button 4, and a fulcrum part 31 for transmitting a force, which is applied from the button 4 to the part 33, to the part 32 by the principle of a lever.
