Abstract:
To prevent peeling of paper and water absorption at a flange to maintain paper rigidity, and maintain shape retention, when an easy opening lid material is opened after sealing a container mainly made of paper.
A lid material 10 for sealing a container 15 by bonding to a flange 17 of the container 15 comprises a laminate of a base material layer 1, an easy-to-break layer 3 made of polymer alloy or blended polymer and an easy-to-cut heat-sealing layer 5 which can be heat-bonded to the flange 17.
