To provide a lid member without using any aluminum foil, superior in drawing molding and packaging operations, capable of being recovered as plastic after its use or easily incinerated, and a packaging member using its molded lid.

A lid member comprises a laminated film comprising at least a base material layer, an adhering layer and a heat seal layer in which a thermoplastic resin film is used in place of an aluminum foil as the base material layer. The base material layer is composed of a thermoplastic resin compound including in organic filler. The lid member is a material for drawing molding having a thickness ratio of the base material layer/laminated film of 0.50 to 0.90. As resin for the base material layer, it is preferable to employ polyolefin type resin including filler by 40 to 60%. The molded lid made of this lid material is combined with a synthetic resin container and used as a food packaging member.
