The lid member opening and closing structure for vehicle is configured so that a lid member abuts on a full-open stopper 213 through an elastically deformable cushioning block 50 and a block receiving part 213s, the cushioning block 50 being provided on the lid member, and the block receiving part 213s being provided on the full-open stopper 213. The cushioning block 50 includes inclined surfaces 51u and 51d configured to be inclined to the relatively moving direction of the lid member and the stopper 213, and the block receiving part 213f includes inclined pressing surfaces 213u and 213d capable of abutting on the inclined surfaces 51u and 51d of the block 50. The inclined surfaces 51u and 51d of the block 50 is allowed to abut on the inclined pressing surface 213u and 213d of the receiving part 213f by rotating the lid member to a full-open position, whereby the block 50 is elastically deformed in a direction intersecting the relatively moving direction.
