Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new life environment to a place where its utilization as a life environment has already been difficult by a method in which an energy supply system effectively utilizing generated carbon dioxide as well in addition to heat and electricity is utilized as a basic system, and a package-type dome house having a high heat shield effect effectively utilizing electricity, heat and carbon dioxide (CO2) is added.SOLUTION: A new community where human beings can live is constructed by a method in which: a dome type house 13, made of foamed polystyrene and the construction of which is quite easy, is installed at a digging site for low-grade coal or a forest where human beings scarcely live; a power generating facility 7 is installed in the house; a plant factory utilizing carbon dioxide gas (CO2) is established therein; and a group of dwellings is established by applying the dome type house made of foamed polystyrene, the construction of which is quite easy, and which shows a superior thermal shield effect.
