Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce adjusting time, by providing a area conveyer passing abnormality detecting circuit which detects that a conveyer passes a given area set at a station such that generating amount of displacement pulse of a transporting means, for example, rope displacement pulse is within a setting value.
SOLUTION: When a conveyer reaches a station, the conveyer separates from a rope, gets onto rails, and travels on the rails with pressing tires. When an adjusting person turns on an auto-tuning-mode switch in a program controller which constitutes an area conveyer passing abnormality detecting circuit (S101), and presses an auto-tuning start switch (S102), auto-tuning starts. A program controller automatically counts generating amount of rope displacement pulse in a given limit switch area provided on the rails (S104-S107). Adequacy that the counted value is within a determined range is checked (S108).
