Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent any lateral swing of a carrier by stretching a guide cable below a normal cable and by providing a guide body making contact with the carrying object guide cable.
CONSTITUTION: A guide cable 4 is stretched below a cable 2 and a guide body 5 making contact with the guide cable 4 is provided for a carrier 3. Thereby, since the carrying chair 3 is guided by the guide cable 4, its lateral swing can be prevented to the most extent even if any vibration caused by receiving strong wind and by passing of a stanchion 1 is produced. Particularly, since the guide cable 4 is embraced by a rotary body in such a state as being wrapped, the lateral swing of the carrying chair 3 can be prevented to that extent.
