Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a lift by continuously rotating an impeller, having a parallel shaft on a ground, in the same direction.
SOLUTION: A cover approaching less than a half periphery on the anti-lifting side is situated in the outer periphery of an impeller. A cylindrical spiral wheel rotated concentrically and integrally with the impeller is situated in a cavity part in the vicinity of the root of the impeller and a balance between a lift and the anti-lift side is aerodynamically destroyed.
