To obtain a small size wind power generator having the following characteristics: being able to generate power in a range of a low wind speed (1-3 m/sec) which prevails for the longest time under actual operating conditions; working stably under severe natural conditions such as a typhoon and a gust; being able to be easily manufactured at a low cost; being safe and maintenance-free for a long time; when it is desired to spread the small size wind power generator to each home level that can generate power anywhere regardless of day or night or sunshine, as a lowest-cost clean energy generator considering the overall cost of raw materials and waste disposal from the standpoint of environment and energy issues.
The small size wind power generator has the following structure of the windmill: the lift blades on the front and rear surface rotatable in weak wind having a base of a vertical axis type of a simple structure unnecessary for control for a wind direction; induction control of rotation speed that can start the windmill in a breeze range by the structure to raise discharge power by pressure difference using drag of all blade edges and load control, and automatically raises the rotation by accelerating the lift to link mildly to the power generator using a variable-speed device; and a runaway rotation control structure in strong wind for extending an operating time from a weak-wind range to a strong-wind range.
