Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liftable mounting table in which a position for mounting an article and the position for dismounting the article are automatically changed according to the number of mounting articles and dismounting articles, and thereby it is made substantially constant.SOLUTION: A liftable mounting table includes multiple struts, springs disposed in the outer circumference of those struts, a support disposed in the outer circumference of the struts and mounted on the spring, and an acceptor mounted on the support. The support includes holders on both front and back sides or one side of a substrate with through-holes capable of passing the struts. Two or more holders are attached around the through-holes of the substrate. Each holder includes a ball at the tip of a screw shaft. The screw shaft advances by the rotation and retreats by the reverse rotation. The ball rotatably comes into contact with an outer circumferential surface of the strut inserted into the through-hole of the substrate of the support by the advancement of the screw shaft, and thereby the substrate is held by the strut horizontally or approximately horizontally.
