PURPOSE: To carry building material, equipments and materials, etc., efficrently without using a crane between the upper and lower sections of the position of execution such as a building.
CONSTITUTION: Reaction girders 15, 13 are installed to each of a base 10 and a table 11 arranged vertically in an approachable and separable shape through a pantagraph mechanism 12 so that support sections 150, 130 can be projected and driven from the left and right of the base 10 and the table 11 respectively, thus constituting a lifter 9. The table 11, on a material loading surface 10a materials are loaded, and the base 10 are supported to slabs 3 in succession respectively, and both the table 11 and the base 10 are brought near or separated relatively through the pantagraph mechanism 12, thus lifting and lowering a shaft 5 to the lifter 9.
