Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stand which realizes easy upward lift of a heavy bicycle, such as an electric assist bicycle, allows fixation at a position suitable for operation, prevents falling out of a bicycle due to accidental improper operation, and allows smooth pull down of the bicycle on a position of a floor surface at the operation end.SOLUTION: There is provided a bicycle maintenance/assembling stand, which has a structure where a holding part may vertically move with a bearing on a main shaft vertically fixed relatively to the floor surface on a base body, and which is provided with a foot pedal on the holding part in order to provide positive pressure by compressing gas in a gas spring with an elevation type stand in which a holding pipe for holding the bicycle is movable vertically, so that strong power may be easily applied downwardly with body weight. The maintenance/assembling stand has one way fixing mechanism on a holding part of a beam shape for holding a bicycle engaged with the main shaft, where front/back surface contacting to main shaft of a lever or one surface fixes the holding part onto the main shaft with angular moment when the lever passing the main shaft is shifted down.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
