To provide a lifting device excellent in workability with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A lifting device 100 used in constructing a concrete structure by utilizing stair-shaped step portions comprises: first posts 21 erected on a flat portion of a first step portion among stair-shaped side faces; second posts 22 erected on a flat portion of a second step portion above the first step portion; a rail member 30 supported across the first post 21 and the second post 22 and protruding to an outside of the second post 22; a trolley 40 movable along the rail member 30; and a hoisting device 50 moving in accordance with movement of the trolley 40 and capable of lifting up a load 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
