When turning the lifting assist link 10 by moving the driving force transmitting member along the slope guiding part 25b, the lifting assist link 10 engages with the lower link 7, so that the lower link 7 is turned according to the turning track of the lifting assist link 10 turned based on the shape of the slope guiding part 25b.
