To provide a lifter for an operation table which doesn't need so much the accuracy of pairs of gears and racks from side to side totally and the right and left evenness of the lifter doesn't get out of order even if the fixing angle of two gears for a shaft changes.

The lifting equipment of the operation table comprises the movement members 9, 10 which can go and recede by a hand or a driving motor, a couple of hydraulic cylinders with mutually equal diameter 5, 6 which discharge oil by the advance of the movement members, a couple of operating hydraulic cylinders with mutually equal diameter 3, 4 which are respectively connected to the hydraulic cylinders 5, 6 through pipes and are fixed on both sides of the operation table, and a lifter A which is attached to the tips of the pair of the operating hydraulic cylinders 3, 4 so as to cross the operation table.
