Title:
LIFTING GEAR FOR INJECTION PIPE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3103873
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the slipping-off of an injection hose from chuck bodies even when the injection hose is undulated by pulsations, etc., at the time of non-holding by arranging springs to the upper and lower chuck bodies of a cylinder for lifting and lowering and holding the injection hose by the chuck bodies.
CONSTITUTION: A gas is supplied from a gas bomb at all times, but a three-way solenoid valve is changed over to the atmospheric air side and a packer is contracted when an injection hose 1 is pulled up. The piston rod of a cylinder for lifting and lowering is shrunk simultaneously and the solenoid valve is operated, and an upper chuck body 9a is brought to a clamped state and a lower chuck body is brought to a non-clamping state. The solenoid valve is worked and the cylinder for lifting and lowering is operated, and the piston rod is elongated and the injection hose 1 is lifted in specified length. The lower chuck body is rotated in the direction of the injection hose 1, only both end sections of a notch 31 are brought into line-contact with the injection hose 1 and the non-clamping state is maintained, and the hose is held, thus preventing slipping-off. Accordingly, a device is installed and moved as the hose 1 is left as it is inserted into an injection outer pipe, thus quickly coping with an accident even at the time of the generation of the accident.
