PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting and recovery device capable of launching and recovering a loaded boat even in the unmanned.SOLUTION: It comprises the sheet member 3 capable of supporting the loaded boat 2 from below, the sling winch 4 capable of feeding and winding a hanging wire W1 to hang the sheet member 3, the guide arm 5,6 capable of holding the hull of the loaded boat 2 attached possibly in the undulating state to the sheet member 3, and the undulating winch 7 to undulate the guide arm 5,6 by feeding out and winding up the undulating wire W2 connected to the guide arm 5,6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
