To provide a lifting piece which is firmly mountable, and highly earthquake-resistant.

A recessed part 6, a supporting part 7 for supporting a fitted plate part 4 arranged in the recessed part 6, and an opposing part 8 opposing the supporting part 7 are provided on a metal piece body 2. A screw part 9 is provided on the opposing part 8, a fastening bolt 10 is screwed to and hanged from the screw part 9, and the fitted plate part 4 is fastened, held and fixed by the fastening bolt 10 and the supporting part 7. A fitting hole 12 for fitting a lifting bolt 11 is formed in the metal body 2, an edge of the recessed part 6 is folded to project a reinforced rib part 14. A guide part 15 is provided on the reinforced rib part 14. A movable body 16 is slidably provided on the guide part 15. The movable body 16 has an abutting part 18 arranged below a hanging fore end of the fastening bolt 10. The abutting part 18 is abutted on the fitted plate part 4 supported by the supporting part 7 by screwing the fastening bolt 10.
